In the current aquaculture industry, some medium and large farms have begun to useautomated poultry farming equipment. Like a feeder, it is a representative automation device in chicken equipment. It can automatically feed the chickens, which is convenient for the farmers to operate and manage during the chicken raising process, saving a lot of time. But when we start using automated feeders, we also need to pay attention to the use of methods to avoid affecting chickens with improperly damaged equipment. The author will talk about the instructions for theautomatic feeding system.

1. Read the instructions carefully before use to understand the basic structure of the feeding car and the basic functions of each operating button.

2. Install the rails horizontally in the middle of the sidewalk of the chicken house as required, so that the two sides of the skip are kept equidistant from the position of the trough.

3. The trough should be basically installed straight, so as not to affect the feeding effect when the feeding car is running.

4. Place the power switch in the open position and start the left and right auger lifter to place the discharge port in the trough (the length of the discharge port is not enough to be replaced).

5. Place the feed in the silo, start the left and right feed buttons, and adjust the size of the discharge port so that the discharge speeds of the six discharge ports are basically the same. After the adjustment is completed, the left and right feed buttons are closed.

6. Set the speed governor switch to the minimum, start the feed car front switch, adjust the feed speed switch to the right to the desired running speed, close the skip switch and fix the governor position.

7. Turn off the power switch before feeding, set the feeding truck running switch to “in” or “return”, feed the button to “feeding”, then start the power switch, and the feeding truck starts to run the feeding.

The above is the shared use of the seven points using the feeder, thanks to the attention of the farmers!
