The environmental control of the farm mainly includes two aspects: one is to control the environment of the farm from external influences and pollution; the other is to prevent the farm from causing adverse effects and pollution on itself and the surrounding environment.

The untreated livestock and poultry manure contains harmful bacteria such as Escherichia coli and nematodes, and harmful substances such as pests and eggs, and the untreated manure is likely to cause fermentation to heat up and burn after being applied to the soil, and decomposes in the soil to produce methane, etc. Harmful gases and roots can also cause soil hypoxia and affect crop growth. Therefore, in order to improve fertilizer efficiency and reduce damage to crops and the environment, livestock manure must be fully fermented before being applied to farmland.
